ABOUT THE TECHNICAL EDITOR
JEFF CERTAIN is a software architect at Colorado CustomWare, where he mentors more than 30 developers. He is heavily involved in the technical community and has been a Microsoft MVP for VB.NET since 2007. He has written articles for CoDe Magazine and Visual Studio Magazine and has performed technical editing for other VB programming books. In addition, he presents to user groups frequently and has taught several weeks of a graduate-level course in software methodologies for Colorado State University.
