What you will learn in this chapter, as in the previous chapter, is that it’s critical that you identify and examine all the possible causes of a problem. In addition to the fishbone diagram discussed in the previous chapter, you can use the simplified process flow diagram to help you identify key process input variables (KPIVs) in a process.
