ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Warren Brussee spent 33 years at GE as an engineer, plant manager, and engineering manager. His responsibilities included manufacturing plants in the United States, Hungary, and China.
Brussee is a Six Sigma green belt and has taught Six Sigma classes to engineering and manufacturing teams. These teams excelled both on corporate tests on Six Sigma and in actual implementation of the Six Sigma tools.
Brussee has multiple patents, some of which were the outcome of his Six Sigma work. His teams generated several million dollars worth of annualized savings using the Six Sigma tools.
