2.2. USING DMAIC

It is strongly recommended to follow all the DMAIC steps when problem solving. Especially don't make major process changes without doing all the DMAIC steps. Remember: trying to fix something without working through all the applicable steps may cause you to spend more time responding to the resultant problems than if you had taken the time to do it right!
