1.3.1. Commitment of Top Management
The easiest way to implement Six Sigma into an organization is to have complete commitment from top management. This commitment would include company-wide communications explaining the process and its goals, with some explanation of the reasons why the company was going to invest the time and energy into implementing the Six Sigma methodology.
