Accuracy

Accuracy is a measurement concept involving the correctness of the average reading. It is the extent to which the average of the measurements taken agrees with a true value.

Analyze

Analyze is the third step in the DMAIC problem-solving method. The measurements/data must be analyzed to see if they are consistent with the problem definition and also to identify a root cause. A problem solution is then identified. Sometimes, based on the analysis, it is necessary to go back and restate the problem definition and start the process over.

Attribute

An attribute is a qualitative characteristic that can be counted.
