Appendix 8.2 Using JMP for the Design of Experiments

You use the Analyze → Fit Model selection on the menu bar to generate a two-way ANOVA, a factorial design, or a fractional factorial design.

Two-Way ANOVA

To generate a two-way ANOVA, open the BREAKFAST.JMP data table. Select Analyze → Fit Model. Then, do the following:

1. In the Model Specification dialog box (see Figure A8.11), select Delivery Time Difference and click the Y button.
