Leading Teams

The part of any enterprise culture that has the greatest impact on employee satisfaction and productivity is the matter of how expectations are set for how people should and should not work in teams. The art and science of knowing when to form teams and how to lead them is poorly understood throughout many enterprises, small and large, which makes leading teams effectively and appropriately an important competitive advantage.
