EXECUTION
Execution is where the battle is won or lost. It's working with the team you have built to bring your stories to life. As I said at the beginning of the book, it's not “the big idea” that's important; it's what you and your team do with the idea once you have it. You get it funded and then you have to make it work.
Part Three of this book will go into some of the key elements of execution, from specifics around financing the company, to budgeting, to running great meetings and setting goals, to creating a learning environment so you can improve future execution based on past results.
