As Rafa rode the elevator up to Cynthia’s office, he thought about all that had happened since their last session. He’d been super busy and productive, doing the hard work of engaging the team in the collaborative work of preparing the presentation and then helping him hone his delivery. Every time he thought about how well that meeting had gone, he smiled. But then he thought about the questions Cynthia had sent him, and he found himself shaking his head.
