Chapter 11. Digital Integrated Circuits II
This chapter includes details of common digital integrated circuit families: 7400 and 4000 series. Combinational and sequential circuits are considered, along with electronic memory circuits in the form of bistable multivibrators. SR-type bistable circuits are looked at, as well as D-type, JK-type, and T-type. Function tables of all the bistable types are introduced.
