Chapter 7. Diodes II
This chapter continues our look at diodes. It shows how a diode’s characteristics can define how the diode will operate in various circuits. The mathematical link between current through a diode, saturation reverse current, an electron’s charge, a constant and the absolute temperature is shown as a formula. Various diode circuits are discussed, including rectifiers, power supplies, smoothing circuits, and stabilized supplies.
