Simon, the father of Emma’s boyfriend, says that it’s not clear enough how the salads that will be served by Racing Greens will differ from the salads you could get in Marks and Spencer or a local sandwich shop. He suggests they create and include a sample menu – and maybe even make a salad to take to each funding meeting they have to give to the people they’re meeting!
