They both decide that they’ll staff the shop themselves for now, and only bring in help once it’s up and running.
Emma looks into getting a website started and decides the easiest and cheapest thing to do for now is to build one on Wordpress.com with just a few pages of information about the shop, their salads and what makes them special. Later they can move to something more advanced if they think it’s needed.
They decide to each get a cheap laptop that they can use for running the business.
