• Arrange viewings at suitable premises and run through the checklist of questions above.
• Identify a shortlist of around three possible premises and write up your findings.
• Identify which utilities you will need and find out their costs. Write up your findings.
• Compile a list of all the equipment you’ll need, where you could get it from and how much it will cost.
