Emma and Alan decide they’ll open a small shop to base themselves from, and agree that it will need to be near the office area of town rather than the shopping area. They also decide that they’ll do deliveries to local offices, taking orders by email. Customers who sign up for this service will receive an email at the start of each day with the menu and a summary of the daily specials and can then just reply with their order. They pay in cash when their order is delivered.
