Emma decides that she could practise her sales skills, and earn some money to pay off her credit cards, by sorting through all her things and taking anything she doesn’t need any more to the local car-boot sale at the weekend. She sorts out a big pile of things including clothes, shoes, a couple of handbags, books and her old bike.

That Wednesday morning before work, she goes to a breakfast networking event run by her local chamber of commerce and gets chatting to a couple of other local businesswomen.
