Find out about local banks, accountants and lawyers

While you’re out networking, this is a useful task you can carry out. In building your business you will need a bank account, an accountant or book-keeper, and probably a lawyer too. You’re bound to meet some when you’re out at networking events – to be honest you won’t be able to swing even a small kitten without hitting three or four.

However, the best way to find a good banker and advisers is through personal recommendation, so talk to real business people at these events, and people you know. Who do they use? Why? What do they think of them?
