Some of you will love all this. Others will think ‘It’s all a bit wishy-washy and pointless. When are we going to get onto the detailed stuff?’
There are two reasons why all this daydreaming and picturing the future is important, and why it’s so important to actually put those pictures on your board.
First, you need to be sure that running your own business really is a part of your dreams for your future.
