If you’re going to be working for yourself, you need somewhere to work. There are a range of options to choose from:

A proper office/shop/workshop. You really don’t need to spend this kind of money just yet. Once you have your business plan and a clear budget you can look into this again. In the meantime you just need somewhere to work on your planning.

Co-working space. These are open-plan offices where lots of entrepreneurs and freelancers can all work. Often you pay a monthly membership fee which gives you a certain number of hours usage.
