More than money, it’s time that’s the most scarce and valuable commodity in building your business.

If you have a day job, you’re lucky in many ways – you won’t have to worry about money while doing your planning, but you will have to carefully plan your time. It’s well worth blocking out particular evenings or weekends on your calendar to dedicate to your business – and you’ll have to resist when friends invite you to the pub on those nights.

If you’re not working at the moment, then money is perhaps going to be harder – but you’ll have more time to devote to your business.
