I’m continually amazed at the quality of the Websites I see from new small-business owners. Websites were historically used as online calling cards or catalogues, but nowadays they are lot more than that. According to a January 2010 article by Carol Tice in Entrepreneur Magazine, approximately half of small businesses don’t even have a Website. For the other half of small businesses that do, the quality tends to be pretty abysmal. So why the disparity?
