Working with Calc Custom Options

Now let's turn our focus back on Calc. You can customize a number of the Calc workspace options, including the appearance of the workspace, such as whether or not gridlines are displayed (you can also select the color of the gridlines), and if page breaks are visible. Other settings related to the type of items that are displayed on your spreadsheets (such as objects and charts) can also be configured. Calc options are configured using the Spreadsheet group in the Options dialog box.

To Set Contents Options

You can determine which items are displayed in the Calc window, such as zero values, graphics, and anchors.
