Working with Printers
Once you've set all the page layout parameters and checked your spreadsheet out in both Page Break Preview mode and Page Preview mode, you are ready to send your spreadsheet to the printer. However, there are a couple of issues that are related to printers that we should explore before we click that Print button.
To Check the Default Printer
Before you actually print your spreadsheet, you may want to make a quick check of the printers that have been installed on your system and which printer has been selected as the default printer. You may be planning to print to a color printer and then find that your printout actually comes out of a black and white laser printer on the other side of the office.
