Working with Page Breaks
If you want to place your own page breaks in a spreadsheet, you can use the Manual Break command. These manual page breaks can take the form of column breaks or row breaks.
The best way to approach inserting your own page breaks is to enter the Page Break Preview mode. Then you can actually see how the page breaks will affect the printing of the spreadsheet. The Page Break Preview is similar to the Page Preview, but you can actually edit the spreadsheet in Page Break Preview.
To Enter Page Break Preview
All of Calc's commands and features are still available when you are in the Page Break Preview. You can also zoom in and out in the view (using the View, Zoom command) as needed.
