Copying Charts to Other StarOffice Applications
You can select any chart that you create in Calc and copy it (use the Copy tool on the Function toolbar). This allows you to paste the chart into other StarOffice applications such as Writer or Impress.
Using the Copy feature, you can place a static copy of the current chart into another application. You also have the option of inserting an entire spreadsheet and chart into a Writer document or onto an Impress slide as an OLE object. Inserting a spreadsheet file containing a chart allows you to place an object in a document or on a slide that will be dynamically updated if you make any changes to the spreadsheet that the chart is based upon or to the chart itself.
