Using Undo, Redo, and Repeat

Other tools that can come in handy when you are editing your spreadsheets (or initially entering data) are Undo, Redo, and Repeat. The Undo command allows you to undo your last action. Let's say that you inadvertently delete the contents of a cell that you would like back. Just click the Undo button on the Function toolbar and the entry will be returned to the cell.

If you find that you have used the Undo command but have decided you would like to redo the particular action that you used undo to negate (say that 20 times really fast), just click the Redo button on the Function toolbar. Your undo action will be reversed.
