Moving On
In part III, we imagine the shape of the economy that will emerge when the rules of capitalism described in part II are in place. Chapter 8 offers a macroeconomic perspective, describing five insights into economic change and presenting a sample of the range of national business models. Chapter 9 focuses on firms and describes the operating rules that will be appropriate in such an economy.
Americans, in particular, may find some features counter to capitalist dogma. They should be as pragmatic as the Chinese.
