The Last Week of Rehearsals
To say this is the last week of rehearsals is misleading, for there are still the technical rehearsals. For the SM, this chapter would be more appropriately named The Last Week of Rehearsals at the Rehearsal Hall. For the director and actors, this is the last week in which the time is strictly devoted to doing just their work. Once the show gets into technical rehearsals, the time and work becomes divided, with greater focus on technically putting the show together.
THE SHIFT IN WORK
