Profiles and Working Relationships

 

This is the chapter I wish would have been included in some of the books I read during my formative years when becoming an SM; I might not have led so easily with my chin and so often. We have met most of the people with whom the SM works in the chapter on the chain of the command. To give a total and comprehensive view of being a professional SM we will now go into more detail. Once again, our discussion is from the SM’s perspective. Other members of the company dealing with the same people may have a different experience.
