The Stage Manager’s Chain of Command List

 

The SM’s chain of command list is the first of several important lists an SM needs to have. Throughout the life of a production, the SM will refer to this list for any number of reasons: keeping departments informed, providing a list of program credits to the publicity department, assuring no one is forgotten, or creating a guest roster for a social event.
