Foreword
I first met Paul a few PASS Summits ago and we now serve together on the PASS Board of Directors. We share a passion for the SQL Server community and that's what I want to write about. Paul and I want to extend an invitation to you to visit your local PASS chapter, attend a PASS camp, and join us at the annual Global Summit, my favorite week of the year. I can guarantee that if you get involved with PASS you'll get more out of it than you put in. This is a great community with plenty of good will and a common desire to help each other grow our skills. Here you'll meet MVPs and authors, fellow DBAs and database developers, the Microsoft SQL Server development team, and friends. So come, get involved, speak up, and let your voice be heard.
