Browsing dimension data

By now you might be anxious to review the fruits of your labor thus far, so let's deploy our changes to the Analysis Server and take a test drive.

Getting ready

To complete this recipe, you need to have an Analysis Services 2012 instance for which you have sufficient permissions to deploy and process a database.

How to do it...

The steps for browsing dimension data are as follows:

  1. Right-click on the SSAS_Cook_book_Chapter2 project in the Solution Explorer window and choose Properties; this brings up the project property pages dialog.
