info (display online documentation)
Displays documentation for a topic. Opens documentation on the screen. User can move through the documentation with commands. If no info file is available for the topic, info opens the man page.
Format: info topic
Examples: info gawk
Opens file in info, with the first page displayed. Display the next page by pressing the <spacebar>. Quit by pressing q. Press h to see online help.
