Printing Many Files at the Same Time

Just as you can open more than one file at a time, you can print more than one file at the same time—as long as the files are stored in the same folder. Moreover, you don't need to open the files to print them. Click the Open button on the Standard toolbar to display the Open dialog box.

Navigate to the folder containing the documents you want to print, and select each document. Right-click on the files you've selected and choose Print from the shortcut menu. Word prints one copy of each document, using the currently selected printer.

To select contiguous files, click the first file and then Shift+click the last file. To select noncontiguous files, Ctrl+click each file.
