Using E-Postage with Word

Word allows you to print United States Postal Service approved electronic postage directly onto your envelopes if you subscribe to Stamps.com's electronic postage service and use Stamps.com's add-on software.

NOTE

If you have used an earlier version of Stamps.com's service, you will need to upgrade to Stamps.com 3.1 or higher.

To sign up with Stamps.com, click E-Postage Properties on the Envelopes tab of the Envelopes and Labels dialog box; click Yes; and follow the Web links and instructions that are displayed in Internet Explorer. After you have successfully signed up for Stamps.com and installed its software, you can add postage to an envelope like this:
