Opening Multiple Outlook Windows

If you like to multitask, you might want to have more than one Outlook window open at once. By opening multiple Outlook windows, you can Alt+Tab between windows to see multiple folders quickly.

To open multiple Outlook windows:

1.
Open Outlook and choose a folder to display.
2.
Click the folder list icon in the Navigation Pane to display the full folder list.
3.
Right-click another folder in your folder list and select Open in New Window.

Once you have multiple Outlook windows open, you can resize them to display them side by side, or simply switch between windows by using the Taskbar or by pressing Alt+Tab.
