Running Outlook 2003 for the First Time

The first time you launch Outlook 2003, you need to enter some initial information and choose whether to create a mail account. Double-click the Outlook icon on the desktop or click the icon on the Start menu to display the Outlook 2003 welcome screen. Click Next to display Figure A.4.

You don't have to create an email account to use Outlook. You can still take advantage of Outlook's Personal Information Management (PIM) features without an email account. If you don't want to configure an email account, click No; otherwise, click Next to display Figure ...
