As with most XML technologies, the first place to turn when you have questions about the technology should be to the W3C. There you can find the recommendations themselves, which are invaluable resources. Here's a rundown of some of the best XHTML resources available:

  • W3C Markup Language home page (http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/)— This is the W3C's home site for all things related to HTML. In addition to HTML and XHTML, this site has links to other Recommendations, Notes, Working Drafts, and other topics of interest to designers, markup authors, and developers alike.
