Summary

Message queueing gives you a way to send data from one application to another in a distributed environment where connections can’t necessarily be guaranteed. If a message can’t be delivered, it’s queued up and delivered when the receiver can be connected to.

This is an advanced technique, but the time you spend will be well worth the effort because it expands the possibilities for your enterprise applications.
