Mobile Controls
Now that you’ve seen a few examples of how mobile Web Forms work, let’s look at what mobile controls are available. Table 20.1 contains a list of the controls that come with the Mobile Internet Toolkit.
Control | Purpose |
---|---|
mobile:Form | The outermost control on any mobile page. In many ways it is logically similar to the HTML <Form> tag. A page can have multiple forms. |
mobile:Panel | Used to group different controls together. |
mobile:Label | Renders a text label. |
mobile:TextView | Allows the display of an arbitrary amount of data with optional formatting tags. |
mobile:Link | Defines a link that can be clicked on. The link can be either to another page or to a different form on the same page. |
