Autonomous LIZARD Modules

A better alternative to COAS can be found on your system as the same modules you might or might not have seen during the Installation. To use these modules, you'll need to be root and use an X interface.

Each of the following commands will open certain configuration screens. The first of these is the modem setup screen:

lizard_modem

From this screen you can select from any of over 65 modems, specify the device it uses, select the connection speed, flow control, and enter any required commands and initialization strings.

After you have this set up, you might want to run the ISP setup:

lizard_isp
