Locating Missing Menus and Toolbars

| Be sure that Microsoft Graph is active if the text mentions that this menu or toolbar button is part of that application. If you're in PowerPoint, the Graph options won't display. To activate Microsoft Graph, double-click your chart and it appears within PowerPoint. |
Resolving Datasheet Format Problems
| Q1: | My datasheet numbers display in exponential formatting. |
| You need to apply a formatting category other than the default General formatting if your numbers exceed 11 characters. To do so, choose Format, Number from within Microsoft Graph and change to a Category such as Number or Currency. |
