Printing Your Presentation

Eventually, you'll want to print out a presentation. Print options let you generate speaker notes for you, handouts for your audience, and copies of the slides for you to study and revise while you're sitting on a plane or stuck in traffic.

Choosing Which Elements to Print

When you choose File, Print, PowerPoint offers four different choices in the Print What box as shown in Table 32.1.

Slides One slide per page, portrait, the slide fills up the whole page
Handouts Multiple slides per page, based on the number in the Slides Per Page box, formatted according to the Handout Master that has the same number of slides per page
