Secrets of the Office Masters: Advanced Tricks for Showing Graphs

Many presentations include graphs, but most of them try to show too much in too little space. The most important trick for getting your graphs to tell their story is to allow them enough room so that they're clearly visible—or cut back the elements in the graph to let the message through. Also important is using colors that stand out from the slide's background and choosing a font that's clear and easy to read.
