Secrets of the Office Masters: Creating a Custom Chart Library

Why reinvent the wheel every time you create and format a chart? Build a library of good-looking custom charts, save them in your User-defined chart gallery, and call on them whenever you need them. The process is simple and straightforward:

  1. Start with a blank worksheet. Enter a basic table of dummy data, like the range shown here. (Note we've hidden gridlines and added formatting to the range, just to make the sheet look good.)
