Batch Conversions with the Conversion Wizard
Word 2002 includes a wizard that you can use to convert any number of files to or from Word 2002 format in a batch operation. This could come in handy if, say, you've already converted an entire department to Office 2002, and you have a shared folder full of large Word documents with graphics. A batch conversion could significantly reduce disk space demands. (On the other hand, if you have a large number of Word 6.0/95 users still working on those files, it's probably smartest not to convert them.)
