Secrets of the Office Masters: Mapping a Contact's Address

One of the coolest features of Outlook 2000/2002 is so deeply buried even some Office experts aren't aware of it. Using Microsoft's Expedia Maps service, you can use the Internet to automatically look up a contact's address and generate a detailed map.

Open any Contact item and make sure the address you want to map is visible; then click the Display Map of Address button or select Actions, Display Map of Address. This option sends you to Microsoft's Expedia Maps page, where you'll see an interactive street map. You can zoom in or out, print the map, save it as a URL or graphic, e-mail it to another person, or get driving directions.
