Is Outlook the Heart of Office?

Outlook is the newest member of the Office family, but it's rapidly become the most popular. If you use Outlook as your e-mail client at work or home, it's probably the first program you open when you start Windows, and it's the last one you close at the end of the day. To reflect its popularity, we've decided to move Outlook to the front of this book, ahead of its well-established Office-mates, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
