Customizing Built-In Menus

If you've mastered the art of customizing toolbars, you already know how to modify menus. That's because Office menus are simply toolbars without icons. You can mix and match menus and buttons on any toolbar; in fact, the default menu bar in each Office application is actually just another toolbar, and you can rearrange top-level items as well as menu items and even submenus.
